Landscape of HIF-1-alpha expression across 24,186 solid tumors using comprehensive immune profiling

In a discovery cohort of 24,186 solid tumors across 35 tumor histologies, comprehensive immune profiling assay using the OmniSeq® INSIGHT assay demonstrated significant co-expression of HIF-1α with downstream genes, especially those related to angiogenesis and novel gene signatures that characterize the hypoxic tumor microenvironment. These results can aid in the development of novel combination therapy strategies for patients with cancer across multiple histologies.
