On-site biometric screenings

Labcorp offers comprehensive on-site employee wellness screening events, tailored to meet the needs of your population. They include:

  • A selection of screenings, including blood draw (fingerstick or venipuncture) for a comprehensive health panel, height, weight, blood pressure, waist circumference and body mass index (BMI) for employees to monitor their health

  • A brief results review, with in-depth health education as an optional service to help address employee questions regarding their screening results

In addition, these on-site screening events can be coordinated with  to provide even more convenience for you and your employees.

Off-site biometric screenings

For employees who cannot attend an on-site screening event, Labcorp provides biometric screenings at nearly 2,000 Labcorp patient service centers (PSCs) or at one of our retail partners and will also accept results from their primary care physician.

Employees can download the appropriate forms or vouchers from the participant portal, WellConnect Plus™. Regardless of the option they choose, all participants will have access to results through the secure online HIPAA compliant platform.

At-home collection kits

 is an easy and convenient way to help employees stay on top of their health, monitor their chronic conditions and close gaps in care. Options include a comprehensive lipid panel (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol/HDL) and A1c kit that covers top cost drivers, including cardiovascular and endocrine (diabetes) disease.

Health education

On-site Labcorp screenings include a brief results review, with in-depth health education as an optional service. Employees using an off-site option or Labcorp OnDemand for their biometrics can participate in our telephonic results review program, WellReview.

Additionally, our health coaches offer support on a variety of topics including nutrition, exercise, tobacco cessation and much more.

Technology, reporting and analytics

Labcorp offers a variety of solutions for the collection and management of the data that drives employee wellness initiatives. We provide participant and aggregate reporting options so you can monitor utilization and performance including:

  • Dedicated member portal (WellConnect Plus) that provides employees access to the full range of their wellness program, including scheduling appointments, downloading vouchers and viewing results
  • Real-time data collection and event management during on-site events, including critical metric monitoring during each event (e.g., wait times, staff performance) 
  • Dynamic client dashboard that provides HIPAA secure metrics and analytics in real time, including custom reports, aggregate results, participation numbers and satisfaction data
