Test Ordering

  • If you have a LabCorp LinkTM login/password, you can submit your add-on test request electronically.  You may also call your local laboratory and add-on the test request.  After the verbal add-on order, you will receive a request for written authorization for the verbal order and LabCorp will provide a fax number to send this form back to the laboratory with signature and any other additional information that is required.

  • Labcorp clients have access to our Test Change Notification system, which provides immediate access to changes that have occurred or are scheduled to occur in the Test Master database. Clients can view changes to all Directory of Service tests and to non-Directory of Service tests (based on account utilization). This eliminates the need to wait to receive a monthly change notification letter and to look at pages of changes that may not be relevant to your practice. Click here to sign up.
